I love Rebel Nell's merchandise
I love Rebel Nell's merchandise! However, I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter 3 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I am rather disappointed that we haven't received it, I was so excited for her to get it much closer to her actual birthday. I am sure the items will be lovely when they do arrive.

I ordered a Lions collaborative…
I ordered a Lions collaborative necklace and received the wrong one. I returned necklace to store and was told that the customer does not get to pick the necklace they want- that Rebel Nell chooses the one to send because they are in demand. The person working was very nice trying to explain the reasons. I was very disappointed and left store without a puchase.

Customer service is rather slow in responding to emails and there is no listing for a telephone number to speak directly with a customer service rep.

shopping issues
when I tried to sort by price it kept going back to sorting by date. And I was sent a 15% off code in an email that when I tried to apply it would not work. Kept getting message that that code was not available to me.

Not enough product and selection
Not enough product and selection, especially if you’re competing with other similar lines. Not quite sophisticated enough yet, at least from my taste. I bought a little ring and will give it to a grandchild.

Coupon code for registration not provided
Website stated that if I provided my email address I will be given a 15% off coupon code. This never happened and no code was provided. I ended up paying full price. The piece of jewelry I purchased is beautiful.
