I loved the charm but I lost it the 2 time I wore it. The clap was very cheap. That is the complaint I have, now I have no charm.

Very disappointed in the size of the piece and the low quality of the chain for what I paid. I also emailed right after the order to inquire about the 15% off if I signed up with my email, which I did, but then it wanted my cell phone number or no discount. That I didn't do, but I emailed requesting the discount since I did supply my email. No reply. It's a gift for my daughter, and that specific Zoo tower is very significant to us, so I'll keep it and give it to her, but no more ordering from here unless it's at a show where I can see the pieces.

On March 15, I ordered a custom engraved piece in store. I was told the piece would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I had the piece physically in hand; it simply needed to be engraved. It has been 7 weeks. I have emailed them multiple times, and still have no clear date as to when I will get my order. I asked for a refund and received no response. I feel this is a deceptive business and am simply requesting a refund for an order they are either unable or too disorganized to fulfill. A clear; accurate answer about the actual status of my order has never been provided.

My keychain arrived cracked :( I’m heartbroken.

I purchased a Fordite pendant to commemerate my first trip to Detroit and wanted to patronize local small businesses. I found a Fordite pendant at Rebel Nell. The pendant and chain arrived but small link chain was broken. After chatting with a Megan she said to return the chain and "it would be repaired or replaced". I HAD to send both the chain and pendant because of design issues with the Rebel Nell brand chain. (you literally had to repair the chain with the pendant already on it because there was no way to get a clasp through the pendant loop.) After a week I send an email asking for a status update, then I'm getting an email about a refund for the necklace. That was NOT part of the discussion. I am super disappointed because I REALLY wanted that pendant. Rebel Nell business practices are questionable, they do not provide any communication with their customers, and take away items that you purchased without notification or discussion. At least I got a full refund but that's not the point of this. I'm upset and will make sure others know of this. Thanks for a memorable trip to Detroit.

I emailed twice to correct the address and received no reply. No I received an email saying the order is on the way to the wrong address. Why say contact us if you need help when you do not even bother to read the emails?
