I messed up my order......
I messed up my order and customer service helped me sort it out on a Sunday night!!!!!! How awesome is that?!?? The next day a few confirmation emails and stuff and boom all set, I can’t speak to the items yet. But if it’s anything like the stuff my wife has ordered in the past it’s top tier! Edit*. The ring and necklace ( bell isle ) came in and looked fantastic! The gift boxes were beautiful and will complement the jewelry well! I have got my wife other stuff in the past and more to come! Unique and beautiful! And there’s is nothing better than buying local!

I ordered two Joe Louis Jayson Dog Tags…
I ordered two Joe Louis Jayson Dog Tags and when I opened the boxes the actual dog tag was not attached to the chains. One I can fix but the other does not have the small ring that attaches the tag to the chain. I have emailed the company three times to see how this can be corrected. No response! I would like to gift them at Christmas but time is running out. May have to return.

Very excited to get the bracelets
