Thanks to Rebel Nell for the great customer service. I went down to their store to see if they had any Joe Louis wine bottle stoppers in stock, as they were no longer listed on the site. A little disappointed that I called to find out before driving down--to no response, but it was close to Christmas so I understand. When I said what I was looking for, they were able to call one of their team members who was going to a private show and get my items pulled immediately for pickup the next business day. I appreciate the speed and dedication to customer service and satisfaction. I also received a necklace from the Parade Company (volunteer here!) and a pin from the Palace as gifts this Christmas, as well as also gave a Palace necklace. It was a Rebel Nell Christmas! And everyone loved their items!

The quality of the jewelry is top notch. I purchased one necklace made from the parade big heads and another made from graffiti. The parade necklace had a nice display card explaining the mission and the nature of the recycled material. The necklace with the graffiti arrived tangled on the display card. I was disappointed the display card described the parade heads and not the graffiti. I’ll have to explain the graffiti to the recipient since the packaging doesn’t explain much,

This was a gift and my gf knew what it was when she saw the box, that was left on my porch. I did leave a note to conceal your name at the time of delivery but obviously was overlooked, so it could be a surprise! It’s the small things that make a difference.

Amazing customer service! They helped me to exchange a previous purchase. I've ordered from Rebel Nell before but this was my first time going to their store in-person. It was cool to see their store and they were very helpful.

I ordered the Motown records earrings because in the picture it showed the one earring said Detroit on it which I thought was really cool but when I received them they did not have Detroit on them I’m disappointed because that was the whole reason I ordered them .Jean MacNall
