Sales staff was great
Sales staff was great. Wandered into the store and educated me on the mission of Rebel Nell, which I fully support. Wasn’t planning on any purchases, but they sold me on the product and I am very happy with it

Extra Effort to help me get the earrings I wanted
The woman who worked in the Farmer St store was wonderful. She told me a lot about the company and jewelry. I ordered earrings online but came to the wrong store. The sales associate searched for my order, refunded it, and I was able to buy the earrings I wanted right where I was on Farmer St. I appreciate all of her effort. I did not want to have to go to another location. Thanks to the woman working with me, I didn't have to.

Easy to navigate, great pieces, but pick-up options lacking
Easy to navigate, but I struggled with the check-out process with shipping vs. pick-up options. I wanted to be able to pick it up from your Twelve Oaks location, as the item I intended to purchase said "available at Twelve Oaks" yet when I chose the pick-up option at check-out, it only allowed me to get it from the Detroit location without any other option. Why list that something is available at one location but not offer order pick-up from that location?

Fabulous purpose and amazing quality…
Fabulous purpose and amazing quality jewelry. Can’t think of a better combo. Way to support women and find unique gifts for friends/family (or yourself)! And Kiyara is a sweetheart!!! I’ll be back with my daughters for sure. Highly recommend!!!
