99% of people who "use" them never…
99% of people who "use" them never actually installed their software it was sneakily added with some other install for me it was with poweriso some other people got it when installing opera, cheatlabs or some other softwaree.

Charged for "free trial" then ignored by customer service
Unbelievably poor customer service. Charged me for the "free trial" as soon as I entered my details and have not responded to my many requests to refund me and cancel my subscription. There is no way of cancelling the free trial using the website/app/extension, which demonstrates their complete lack of integrity and morals.

Dear Shiv, Rest assured, no funds have been deducted from your account. The charge you see is a temporary hold by the bank during the trial period and will not be deducted in case you choose to cancel your subscription during the trial. Reason Labs customer service do not respond.
Reason Labs guys were pushy when they need info, but when I send them an email with errors that rise VS time, they do not reply, last email sent 6th of July 2024. Update, They replied me, so I will see how this will go.

I installed the antivirus on my…
I installed the antivirus on my family's computers and we all saw important improvements. BTW it doesn't slow down our windows and the real time protection feature is absolutly fantastic! Botten line my kids are safer online.

Billing Issue
I had a billing issue and the support team at ReasonLabs promptly corrected it. Aside from that, their end point software is worth looking at. Very respectable team.
