Trial Scam
I made the mistake of signing up for the trial of their subscription service, which they then make an absolute nightmare to cancel before you are charged. There is no reason I should need to contact customer service in order to cancel the subscription. Even when I did get in contact with their customer service and asked them to cancel, they asked me why I was canceling instead of actually canceling the subscription. This feels like a scam and if it isn't maybe they should rethink their model.
