If you want to find the truth about…
If you want to find the truth about Plastic Surgery , this is where to go. Plastic surgeons do not report people that have issues so everything always looks Rosie and wonderful, but it is not. I am a testament to that. This is why I finally found people like me suffering with the same issues as me

Good forum experience
Thanks to this site it is possible to exchange negative and positive experiences on medical-aesthetic treatments. I find it useful to discuss and learn about other people's experiences and why not be able to help and be helped as much as possible

Honest and informative website
Very honest website with a wealth of information. You can research any cosmetic procedure and get real honest reviews . It also puts you at ease when you see other people describing similar experiences .

Excellent experience
I was able to edit my review with the help of the Real Self staff. It was much appreciated. Also, I love that so many reviews (good AND bad) and before/after photos (with doctors' names!) are on the site.
