I have given a 4 star rating to RealSelf for the reason that this site ‘seems’ to express the communication of genuine people and not from deceptive advertisers and their creative writers. The site allows for reality to be shown, risks posed, mental health consequence possibilities and photographic depictions to establish facts. The site is a highly recommended site, in my opinion, for those needing a wholistic comprehension and reality check, when considering cosmetic treatment and surgery as well becoming more familiar with cosmetic surgery and its potentialities.
