By far the best way for do it yourselfers
This is by far the best, low cost way for a seller to get their home on multiple listing. This is a perfect option for a homeowner who doesn't need assistance on the sell end and can handle all of the initial paperwork and contract negotiations on their own. The package options are great in that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. Jack Yao and his team offer support as needed and even our lawn sign came quicker than we expected. By the way, as soon as we went on to MLS, we got non-stop calls and had a signed contract within 5 days of listing through Realmart Realty.

Lacking customer relationship skills
Positive: My MLS posting was up in a timely manner. Negative: In my opinion, the tone of the several personal emails I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. This company needs to improve their customer service skills.
