The main problem with using RealMart is…
The main problem with using RealMart is you lose the ability to be able to better control your listing and what information appears on MLS . If there are mistakes you will not be able to see them ahead of time in order to approve the listing before it goes live. I believe it shows unprofessional-ism. If you are working with a real live agent representing your property there is a better likelihood of preventing misrepresentation of your property since you can speak to them directly and they are very willing to make sure they do everything right the first time. With Real Mart you will not be able to speak to a representative to resolve any matters especially ones that you deem very important. There are certainly glitches in their system.

Excellent service!

Put in a little work = great results
In this real estate market. A little effort by owner goes a long way. Get it together and save the money. Why pay a Real Estate Broker all that money to list/post your house. Prep what you need in advance and go for it. Don’t be stupid.
