Don't have what I payed for
I ordered a pair of HD Glasses from really trend that per tracking information was suppose to have been delivered on 8/24/2026 however I have yet to receive it. I contacted really trend via email concerning the matter and was instructed to check with USPS and my local post office but both entities stated that the tracking number was invalid. Additionally, I was instructed by really trend customer service to check with my neighbors and at various areas around my living community but nothing turned up. I then noticed inaccurate information in the package tracking transit history. The package tracking information indicated that said was delivered on the aforementioned date but the tracking info had it located at a partner facility at this point and it had not yet reached my local post office. I pointed out this fact to really trend but they failed to address or even acknowledge ito date, I'm without my package and I'm out of $65.
