I ordered the glasses on 9/20
I ordered the glasses on 9/20. I kept getting emails indicating the process, received order, getting package ready, etc. I then get an email stating the glasses have been delivered to a place in Wisconsin, I live in Texas, and they are available at this location. I quired customer service about this and they replied, check in neighbor's yard, behind bushes, garage etc. I went back and forth with them. I received another email from customer service, with another tracking # than previously given. I checked with the local post office only to find that tracking # came from a different vendor and went to another addressee. I check the tracking # previously given and it was invalid. My latest from customer service was, get the post office to provide documentation verifying the tracking # and details. I'm not doing the research for these idiots. A great scam if ever!!!! Buyer beware!!!

The process was simple, informative
The process was simple, and they really kept me informed on the shipment progress. Well done. This isn't yet a review of the glasses - I will be trying them out in different conditions. We'll see how that goes.

Took longer than expected to receive my…
Took longer than expected to receive my glasses. Glasses arrived and had an inch long scratch on the right lense. Very bothersome while wearing them for reading.

I love the frame but it was too small…
I love the frame but it was too small and the glasses are too strong. I bought them for my husband who has a round head and they didn’t fit. Plus it took forever to receive them but I had constant updates, which I appreciate.

Placed my order 8/15
Placed my order 8/15, today is 10/03 still no package. They over billed me, and I did receive a credit when I complained to them. I ordered a pair of glasses that apparently were shipped on a slow boat from China, ending up in Kansas City. Post office advised no delivered pkg to me. Live in the country, no neighbors. I advise don't order from these folks, find another vendor, not a scam artist.
