Eyeglasses
I ordered glasses from their site. They said it was delivered and never received. Email . after email. Nothing was ever done. Looks like I got scammed. I was asked to email you with order number and more details. I did 11 times and did not hear back. I STILL feel I was scammed. At this point I want my money back. I emailed again and tried to call. Phone number provided would not go through

I purchased adjustable reading glasses
When I made the purchase from the website it advertised that if I was not satisfied I could return the product within 90 days and get a full refund. I have 21 emails that says that's a lie. Customer service offered me a $3.00US refund to start then continued with $2.00 increases all the way up to their final offer of $9.00. The product cost me $66.00 and customer service has stopped corresponding with me all together. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT!! I think the company is trying to wait out the 90 day return policy. As you can see I got an automated reply and sent the information they requested and nothing!!! I guess I should expect that considering how horrible the service is!

Well I finally received them all the…
Well I finally received them all the way from Austria. They look nice. Firstly I was overcharged. Secondly they took forever to come. Now to the crunch. They work for making my phone clear from up close, but everything else is blurry. So they are expensive reading glasses.

The product is exactly what was advertised. Delivery was perfect and it was great being kept in the loop through the whole process. I highly recommend this product.

THE GRASS'S ARE GREAT FOR READING A BOOK AND LABELS BUT WHEN IT COME TO READING SOMETHING ON MY LAPTOP, TABLET OR DESKTOP THEY I CAN NOT SEE ANYTHNG. THEY ONLY WORK HALF AS WELL AS WAS ADVERTIST.
