The switch experience was seamless, I had the whole thing working in 15 minutes. Already immediately noticeably better service than AT&T, according to the NetMonster app it's connected to the T-Mobile 5G Network, but I'll have to text out to see if it connects to other networks. If it can connect to any network that will mean that this is the superior carrier PERIOD that will have the best coverage everywhere. You REALLY can't go wrong with this. I am beyond satisfied. I also really like that you're not tied to a contract and you get a lifetime discount. Highly recommend!

The service is fast and reliable and dealing with customer service has been a breeze! I am very excited about all that they are doing!

I've used so many phone services, ranging from AT&T, RedPocket, Visible, and Mint mobile. With each of those, we had various problems like price, calls dropping, Data dropping, and billing issues. All of these phone services also would not have the same coverage throughout my home. My computer room (whole house is 1 story no basement) consistently only ever had a MAX of 2 bars, but usually only 1. It was frustrating because that's the room I'd use to work out of. My husband and I were desperate to find something we liked, so once again, we switched to Really. The price was fine, more expensive than the cheapest service we tried, but still significantly cheaper than AT&T was. But the biggest game changer was the fact that I know have full 5 bars in my computer room! Thank you, Really, for finally giving me the ability to work from home successfully. 2 weeks later, and I'm still happy! No dead zones in my regular use, still have improved service at my home. The couple of times we've spoke to customer service for minor things was handled quickly and kindly! No I'm not a bot, and no im not a friend of the owner, I'm just a regular gal that likes skiing in the winter and motorcycles in the summer. Lol give it a try and see if your experience has been like ours!

Ultimately cell phones need to simply work to be good, and I think really is great. living in extreme northern Minnesota cell service can be sketchy, I didn't even have service at home with Google Fi or Verizon and now I do have service at home as well as many other remote locations my work takes me too. transferring my e Sim was a drag due to Google Fi not releasing my number correctly but Really support staff helped me trouble shoot it and fix it - ultimately backing up my phone data completely and factory resetting my device did the trick - and I can say their customer service is top notch. for me this wasn't about saving money (which I am) or the Privacy (which is for me at least an added bonus) it was about getting better service and having a customer support staff that cares. I recommend Really to anyone tired of the crap from other companies and looking for better service.

I had originally reached out to the customer service department outside of business hours, and within minutes I received a reply and got my question addressed quickly and efficiently. Pretty cool that customer service agents work outside of normal business hours!

Like everyone, I thought it was a scam because of the advertisements. Little did I know my Trial old turn into adding all my devices and cutting my phone bill in half!!! Thanks Really!!

Really is seriously a carrier that has customer privacy in mind. They do not collect unnecessary information about their customers nor do they have a customer service number. Everything is done via e-mail and chat. Even your account is pulled up as a random number, not your name, phone number or e-mail address. Really is Really a great mobile carrier making the best use they can of T-Mobile's airwaves.
