Great help having the virtual assistant and being to chat with an actual person to assist with my troubles, service seems speedy, easy to check account info.
Overall great, just wish there was an app instead of standalone website to easily track service and access to customer support.

So far the best coverage for me in Western MA
I’m from Western Massachusetts and travel through CT and some parts of New York. For the longest time I was with AT&T and didn’t have much complaints with them, but there was always certain parts of the town where I would always lose signal, like clockwork. Fast forward a couple of months I decided to try a new network just foe the sake of testing something new. I joined Mint Mobile after seeing 1000 advertisements of Ryan Reynolds. Tried them out. Seemed to be good at first, and since they offer discounts by paying months in advance I went for it and paid 6 months upfront and got a pretty decent monthly rate. Huge mistake lol. I soon realized the coverage for mint was far less than AT&T in my area AND the download speeds were awful. If I wasn’t connected to WiFi it would take literally 5-10 mins sometimes to install or update an app. And those dead zones I had with AT&T were even worse. But I was stuck with them for 6 months since I already paid in full. Fast forward again I decided to ditch my iPhone 12 and finally upgrade to something newer. Went out with the girlfriend and we grabbed two iPhone 16… in my mind I’m thinking maybe it’s not my service provider maybe it’s my old crappy phone. Hooked up my eSIM for mint mobile on my new iPhone 16. I had a slight increase in user experience just because the phone is smoother but I had all the same issues with downloads and crappy signal. I came across REALLY network last week after having my iPhone 16 for a little bit, and I was like ahh man I’m either going to be suckered into another network that doesn’t deliver or maybe this will actually be the real deal. I decided to try it out… within the first 5 mins I ran some tests for download speeds and it got 6x the speeds of mint. I was impressed but didn’t wanna get too excited, so told myself I’ll wait a week before I write any reviews or keep the service. REALLY network is legit. My girlfriend is still on AT&T and we spent the last whole week comparing who has better coverage when we are in certain areas. I also still have mint mobile as a backup e-sim on my phone that I’m leaving there til the 6 months is up. I CONSTANTLY have at least 1 extra bar with REALLY network than I do with mint, and sometimes 1 more bar than my girlfriend has… although 90% of the time me and her usually have comparable coverage/signal. The main selling point for me at first was the coverage, and that they advertise to be security-driven.. don’t sell your data, etc. I am very impressed so far, and hopeful at this point I can stop bouncing around carriers and changing my phone number every couple of months lmao. If anything changes I will be sure to update my review to give everyone the least bias review I can. But based on the networks I’ve already tried, between PRICE, and COVERAGE and SPEEDS, those are the 3 main things I care about and those 3 have delivered for me with REALLY network so far.
OH YEAH and the people I’ve interacted with too seem awesome, definitely feels like a family-oriented company the way they talk to you, I don’t get the vibe that I’m talking to some random person in an office a million miles away sending canned responses. Even gotten a “love ya!” From them in one of their emails. Love ya guys too!! Haha 👌👌

Customer service is what gets the job done
Really is a great company because of the customer service. Any carrier can provide cell service but few actually go out of their way to help you. Speeds do matter though of course lol. My 5G went from about 150 to 600. It’s better than my home Internet for Christ’s sake. I had an almost all day conversation with really yesterday because I had never changed carriers since I got my first Nokia. She walked me through the process and gave assurance. Again it’s the customer service that matters.
Setting up the phone today was mostly easy. I say that because you get to a point where you have to use a second phone, take a picture of a QR code and then use your phone to scan that code. I really wish it was a clickable QR code.
But now here I am in really with no regrets. Hopefully time will “REALLY” good things.

I’ve just got a new phone and number as…
I’ve just got a new phone and number as well as changing carriers over, anyway I had a lot of learning to do with the new technology techniques and REALLY’S customer service was spot on, and I got all of it done before an important deadline, everything was fine changing over. I am yet to thoroughly field test the coverage and I know of a few areas where I couldn’t get reception before,I’ll check it out later and see.
I would love to see REALLY apparel!! I would buy a EMF stocking cap with REALLY LOGO on it!!

Great Customer Service
Had difficulty moving one of my phones over and communicated with Ayin. Customer Service was outstanding and she made it a very smooth process, when I didn't expect such.
Many companies struggle with decent customer service, but Really has a great team and a great process that worked out very well.

Ayin, Tech Support Rocks!
I had a great experience with Tech Support today. It was my fault. The service connection did not support my phone's eSIM, as my phone does not use eSIM.

Good in Milwaukee’s Hood
So far Signal is very much faster than on Visible. The Port in was pretty easy as well. All good here in Milwaukee
