Needs better service coverage. And Data coverage can't even hotspot my TV like I have with my previous phone service. Data is to slow. Just not happy with there phone service. Plus it says T-Mobile when you go into settings click on sims and all. So T-Mobile with is the actual service.

Really has a great concept just needs some improvement. Work on network has to be done as well as all features. Not really ready for rural towns yet. Will possibly explore in the future as they grow.

Duane, I'm so sorry you experienced this. I personally have reached out to you 3 times since you posted this and haven't had a response from you. What you're describing is a phone settings issue that I could have helped you resolve - this isn't a network issue. Either way, you were ported out and refunded and we bid you good day.
