Hi Oscar, We’d like to clarify that your refund request was reviewed and processed by our team. Your order had already been prepaid for shipping which was why it took a bit of time. And once your refund request was submitted, we worked to complete the refund process. The refund was successfully processed on a Saturday and we advised that the funds should be credited back to your account within 7 business days, although the exact timing can vary depending on your bank’s processing procedures. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but we did our best to assist and ensure your request was handled.
