⭐️ I ordered a hoodie from Reality Racing. The hoodie itself has not arrived yet, so I cannot comment on the product quality or shipping. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the payment process. After I had already paid for my order, Reality Racing attempted to charge my card again. I did not knowingly authorize any additional payment, so I blocked my card to prevent any further charges. Reality Racing states that customers do not have to agree to the paid subscription. However, in my experience, the subscription offer is presented in such a hidden and unclear way during the ordering process that it is very easy to miss or not realize that you are agreeing to recurring monthly charges. I only became aware of the issue after another payment was attempted. After looking into it, I also found other customers reporting very similar experiences involving the Pit Pass membership and recurring charges. If a subscription involves recurring charges, I believe this should be made extremely clear and obvious before completing the purchase, rather than being presented in a way that can easily be overlooked. I have contacted Reality Racing and am currently waiting for an explanation. I hope they resolve this properly and confirm that there will be no further attempts to charge my card. I am not reviewing the hoodie itself at this point — this review is specifically about my experience with the payment process and the recurring charge.
