Everything was smooth and easy to understand. Getting the loan to closing took longer than anticipated, but with covid and the holidays it was to be expected. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

My mortgage re-finance was very quick. Process was super easy Only 3 weeks from application to closing. All communication was done via email. I enjoyed that. :-)

After I closed escrow, my deed of trust wasn't placed back into my living trust as requested from the moment we started re-finance. It was extremely frustrating and I was left legally vulnerable due a law suit. I had explained all of this when I started the re-fi and the mortgage broker kept telling me it was not a problem. I was extremely frustrated with final excrow process and will not use Consumer Direct Mortgage again.

The entire process was easy and well run. This was our second time getting our loan with Consumer Direct.

Simply the best! Very weary of reviews but once I chose Consumer Direct, all the positive reviews were right! Can't wait to use them again
