I have a client with this company right now and I will NEVER recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy. I have been in the business for over 7 years and I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional in my life! William Huto decided it was ok to yell at me. We have been given the complete run around and lied too.

Brian Gillespie and James Baxter of Real Genius were very helpful and easy to work with. Both were very friendly, communicative, responsive, and professional. They kept the process on track through several twists and turns and got me a great rate on my mortgage with a quick turnaround time.

Went on website to get rates - I have a good credit rating and am a first time homebuyer. After spending 5 minutes answering questions and providing email and phone number (which opens me up to marketing calls/texts), they failed to provide any loan options or rates. Big waste of time!
