Initial experiences (week 1) I received my order very promptly in the mail with shipping notifications etc. so I knew when to expect it. My initial intake visit was also excellent; they made sure I knew the proper instructions, how to inject, and assisted with my questions (including how to change delivery dates due to upcoming travel).
