The ordering process was easy. Every question I ask through email is answered within hours and tone of their responses is polite and their answers comprehensive. They don't use Ai from emails, you can the answer comes from a human being. That means every thing to me Additionally, I like that a doctor reviewed the order and a pharmacist prepares the order. I feel that if i have any glitches after starting the peptide that i can just quickly click open the app, ask a question and the answer will be thoughtful and most of all - correct
