This company has great customer service. When ordering I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product. I sent them a message and they fixed it right away. I received my product on Friday and they called today to see how it was going and asked if I had any questions.

Repeated dispensing failures through ReadyRx. Their actual dispensing pharmacy, Precision Fulfillment Pharmacy, opened a formal quality investigation. Said my complaint resulted in actual corrective dispensing changes. ReadyRx charged me $190 for my next refill but never shipped it. When I contacted customer service, upper management terminated me as a customer and had a rando CSR call to tell me. Meanwhile, I have 10 refills they won't let me transfer to an actual pharmacy. ReadyRx is a scam. It's not a medical provider and it's not even a pharmacy.

The product was quickly prescribed and sent to me quickly. Someone called me from the office the next day for follow up instructions (which I thought was nice). Not sure how I like the product yet, still watching and waiting.
