I received a customer support call from Toni. She was amazing! She made sure I understood not only dosing but the components making up my Vitamin B-12 injection. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. It great to know any questions or concerns can be handled quickly. And shipping: very fast with tracking, well packaged to prevent damage. The informational materials were very well written and easy to understand. To date it has been a very good experience.
