I called on June 23, to cancel my subscription. An email confirmation was never sent to me. My account was charged again. Medication arrived today that I had already canceled. I then spoke with Alex from the cancellation department, who said she canceled my subscription. She didn’t honor my previous cancellation on June 23 even though she admitted to having a voice recording of my call. She claimed “I hung up”. I asked her to ensure that this time I am emailed a cancellation confirmation. However, again, she failed to send me a cancellation confirmation email. She also did not give me a cancellation confirmation reference number. Therefore I have no proof that I canceled.

Our records reflect that the earlier request was to adjust a scheduled delivery, not to cancel the full subscription, which is why no cancellation confirmation was generated at that time. Once a cancellation was formally requested, the subscription was cancelled and confirmation was provided.
