What an amazing experience. Super seamless and got my medications promptly in the mail

Absolutely amazing and helpful. So excited to start treatment!!!

I’ve had a great experience w/ ReadyRx thus far. The physicians and assistants are helpful & respond promptly to questions. The medications arrive in a timely manner, chilled & packaged securely. My weight loss in 3 months, 20 lbs., has been surprisingly easy, because this medication helps curb my appetite & eliminates cravings. I am eating healthier than ever and have more energy than I have had in years. I am very pleased with these results!

My experience thus far with ReadyRx is great! I was really nervous at first but after speaking with a physician he was able to answer all of my questions and guide me in the right direction. The website is easy to navigate and I always refer back to it if I need anything. My medication came the very next day and was packaged will with ice packs to keep the medication cold. I didn't have any crazy side effects, I did have chills the first two nights that was all. 4 days after taking the medication my period came down. I have PCOS so this was my first period all year. I weighed myself and I'm already 5 lbs down. I know I'm probably in the minority for the super fast effectiveness but I'm so grateful I discovered ReadyRx!

This whole experience with getting started has been nothing but great! The process was so quick and easy and pricing is pretty good! Can’t wait to get the product and see how this goes! As a busy executive, I have little free time in my day. I was skeptical about injections, but the convenience of home administration and the immediate results had me convinced to try. No more afternoon crashes - just sustained energy. It’s been an incredible experience so far!

June 12th 2025 I received the help I needed. Thanks to a customer service employee who was brilliant in showing empathy and kindness that expedited my concerns and produced results needed. I look forward to continuing working with the company in the future. I had contacted them the 5th of May 2025 to cancel the NADs only. Because I did not return the phone call to immediately the charge my account. I wrote several emails and even sent texts to the doctor. These people didn’t respond to anything. I have backup of the numerous messages and finally reach them. The representative said she had cancelled the NADs that day and would send me a email per the transactions we discussed. She did not do any of this. Again sent out correspondence to settle this. Finally called and was transferred to Stephanie who was part of a team to review refunds. She did canceled the NADs but was supposed to contact me on Friday but if not in Monday on June 9th. I again sent a message to customer service asking her to please call me. No reply on Monday or Tuesday. They now have charged me for the NADs for June. They also charge me 299 for the Semaglutide which has not been order or delivered. So I am late with my shot.
