I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this company. I was approved for NAD injections despite clearly disclosing medical conditions that should prohibit me from taking this supplement. My health information was either not properly reviewed or not taken seriously. What worried me most is that the “medical approval” process felt rushed and superficial. I later realized the doctors involved did not appear to have adequate qualifications or provide appropriate medical oversight for this type of treatment. There was no meaningful discussion of risks, contraindications, or personalized assessment. This left me feeling that my safety was not a priority, and that approvals may be issued automatically rather than based on real medical evaluation. I would strongly caution others — especially anyone with pre-existing medical conditions — to ask detailed questions and not assume that “approval” means proper medical clearance. I hope the company improves its screening process and ensures qualified medical professionals are truly reviewing patient histories.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m sorry you felt your safety wasn’t prioritized. Our evaluations are performed by licensed medical professionals. No medication is prescribed until a provider reviews the health history and completes the clinical visit. Treatment decisions rely on the information a patient shares, so it’s important that all conditions, medications, and concerns are fully disclosed and discussed. We also encourage every patient to ask detailed questions about risks, contraindications, and alternatives. If you’re open to it, we can have a clinical supervisor review your chart and walk through the assessment in detail. Please reach out from your patient dashboard or contact 310-878-1003, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific. —The ReadyRx Team
