I subscribed to a quarterly delivery of a compounded supplement with readyrx and paid for the three months upfront. But the supplement was supposed to be delivered every month because of the stability and expiration. I received my first supplement delivery on 03/04/26. And the vial has a beyond use date of 04/04/26, which means that it's not advisable to use it beyond this date, since it's an injectable sterile product. On 03/14/26 I received a notification from readyrx that my next delivery has shipped with tracking number provided. I was not expecting another shipment so soon because the last supplement that was delivered should be very low or almost out before another should be sent, due to the expiration date on the vial. I tracked the order and ups said they did not have the shipment yet. I messaged readyrx right away that I didn't want the shipment since this would force me to use the last shipment after the beyond use date or throw some away, which can be harmful to my health. They said they couldn't refund me since they already shipped. I refused the delivery of the shipment and ups sent it back to them but they still won't refund me.

You’re right to be mindful of beyond-use dates with injectable medications. In this case, your refill was processed on 03/12 based on the original order schedule, and by the time you reached out on 03/14, it had already been prepared for shipment, which is why it could not be stopped or refunded at that stage. That said, we agree the BUD on your initial vial was tighter than expected and understand why that raised concerns. Our team has been trying to reach you, and we’ve arranged for a replacement so you have a better experience moving forward. I had an auto-shipment set up with ReadyRx. However, I wanted to cancel it. I received an email that my auto shipment was confirmed. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and told them NOT to ship. Then, I received a shipping confirmation. Shortly after that, I received an email saying that they tried to call me about the cancellation. NO ONE called me. I have full call history (like everyone does). I did not receive a phone call. Why would I need to talk to them to cancel my order? Today (5 days after my first email to them), I get another email saying "we tried to call you". No, you didn't. I will be sending the order back and filing a chargeback against the company. You HAVE to give customers time to cancel orders.

Tea, we’re sorry this was frustrating. Our subscriptions include a reminder window before renewal so patients have time to cancel before a refill begins processing. Once a prescription has moved into filling or shipping, we’re no longer able to stop it. As part of our standard process, our team may also attempt a courtesy call and follow up by email if the call is missed. We were not able to confirm an account under this review name, but cancellations are accepted when submitted before the medication reaches the filling stage. —The ReadyRx Team
