I am pleasantly surprised!!! The service is excellent and my prescription arrived the next day - something I wasn’t expecting. I have used other pharmacies online before and my things would take a week to arrive. This was so fast and I took my first dose last night. Today I received a call just to make sure that everything arrived and if I had any questions. The service with ReadyRX is above and beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend them for everything!!!!

Cricket, this is incredible to read, thank you for taking the time to share it.
We’re so glad the speed of delivery and follow-up stood out, especially compared to your past experiences. That check-in call is something we care a lot about, making sure you feel confident and supported right from the start.
It means a lot to hear you’d recommend us. We’re really happy to have you with ReadyRx.

Service is a disaster and it’s almost…
Service is a disaster and it’s almost impossible to cancel. They were calling on Sunday evening asking questions but wouldn’t let me cancel over the phone. I sent an email asking to cancel. None of the medication has contact information in the package. This led me to think the package was coming from another company I use. Once I realized it was ReadyRX, I message them 3 days before I saw they would be charging my card again. They said I need to give them 4 days notice to cancel. This is 3 months after I requested to end subscription. I was also have severe inject site bruising and pain. Be careful using shady companies like this .

Ivy, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. This is not how we want anyone to feel when interacting with our team.
We’re unable to locate an account under this name, so there may be a mismatch in the information provided. That said, we want to address a few of the concerns you raised.
Our subscription includes a reminder window prior to renewal, and cancellation requests need to be submitted before a prescription moves into the filling stage. Once processing begins, we’re not able to stop or reverse the order. Our team may also ask a few questions before completing a cancellation, but if a patient confirms they want to cancel, that request is honored.
Regarding your experience with injection site discomfort, that’s something we would want to review with you directly so we can provide proper guidance and support.
We understand how frustrating this situation feels, and we would genuinely like the opportunity to look into your case and clarify what happened. Please reach out to our Care Team so we can review your account and assist you further.

I ordered Semoralin
I ordered Semoralin, and when I received my shipment. There was only syringes in the box, and no vials. I talked to customer service and was told they would email me.
Yeah, it’s been like 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a peep! They wanted me to jump through hoops to “just maybe” send me what I paid for. Flipping ridiculous, as I still haven’t received what I had purchased…
Response from ReadyRxApr 20, 2026
Jeff, we’re sorry for the frustration here. Receiving an incomplete shipment is not the experience we want for anyone.
When you contacted our team, we did respond right away and sent a follow-up email requesting photos of the package so we could escalate this to the pharmacy and resolve it for you. Those photos are required for us to verify and move forward with a replacement.
At this time, we haven’t received that information, which has delayed our ability to take action on your case. We understand how frustrating that feels on your end, but we do need that documentation to proceed.
If you’re still open to resolving this, please reach out to our Care Team and send over the requested photos. We’re here and will do everything we can to help once we have what’s needed.

Deceptive practices
After posting my review, I immediately received a call from a supervisor. The goal was to convince me to delete/edit my post. I appreciate finally being called back. However, I am not deleting the post. The fact remains they ignored me for weeks.
Additionally, my NAD dosage was increased which increases my subscription price. I will need more vials to support the new dosage. In my opinion, a more accurate dosage should have been accessed from the start.
Once my subscription expires, I will be going with a different company.
I feel this company used a bait and switch business tactic.
I’m positive they were aware that the initial low dose of NAD was not going to support my needs. I was lured in with a low price now I have to pay more to reap the full benefits.
KEY TAKEAWAY BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITH TACTICS.
One last thing, I have continuously asked how many milligrams of NAD is in the 60 unit injection. NO ONE will provide a straight forward answer. My new dosage is 100 units twice weekly and one 50 units once per week (three injections totaling 250 units). The 5ML vial does not support this, hence multiple vials needing to be purchased.

Ms. Hopkins, we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, and we’re sorry this has been frustrating.
We understand how concerning it is to feel like you’re not getting timely responses or clear answers. That’s not the experience we want you to have, and we take that seriously.
We also want to clarify the dosing question in a more straightforward way, because this is where a lot of the confusion seems to be coming from. Your NAD+ vial contains a total of 1000 mg within a 5 mL solution. The “units” you’re referencing are simply a way of measuring how much liquid you are drawing from that vial, not the total amount of NAD+ you were prescribed.
Because of that, increasing your units per injection means you are using more of the same vial more quickly, not that the original prescription was insufficient or misleading. The initial dosing is intentionally conservative so you can assess tolerance and adjust gradually over time.
That said, this should have been explained clearly from the start, and we understand why it felt confusing and frustrating without that context.
We also want to clarify that when our team reached out, the intention was to address your concerns and provide support, not to pressure you to change your review.
We’re glad we were able to connect with you, but it’s clear we could have done a better job with communication and setting expectations. If you’re open to it, we’re here to make sure you have clear, direct answers and feel confident moving forward.

Major delays
Major delays, was told it was already being mixed and then had to email to check on it and they said “now” it’s being filled. Taking way too long and wanted to cancel and refund and buy elsewhere but apparently that’s not an option? Working against me in every way.
Response from ReadyRxApr 20, 2026
Dane, we’re sorry for the frustration here. This isn’t the experience we want for anyone.
We did encounter a system issue that caused delays in some prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy, which may explain the conflicting updates you received. We understand how that would feel confusing, especially when you’re trying to make a decision about your order.
We’re also unable to locate an account under this name, so there may be a mismatch in the information provided. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our Care Team so we can review your specific order, clarify what happened, and make sure you’re taken care of.

Actually spoke with a person that explained what to expect going forward and how I needed to administer NAD+, very helpful.
