This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I placed an order for medicine which was over $500. They sent me just a box with syringes in it and no actual medicine. When I informed them, I waited over a week to hear back from them. After speaking with 3 different people trying to get this resolved, they told me I was outside the window to inform them of their mistake and they refused to either refund my money or re-send what I had initially ordered. Actual theft.

When the issue was reported, it was unfortunately outside the pharmacy’s required reporting window for shipment discrepancies. We did submit a reshipment request on your behalf and escalated your situation given what you were going through, but the pharmacy ultimately declined it based on their policy. We also attempted to reach out multiple times after delivery to ensure everything arrived correctly, but we were not able to connect until later. We understand how timing and personal circumstances can impact this, and we did make every effort to advocate for you once we were able to speak.
