The ring itself was exactly as described and just what I needed. That said it didn’t ship for several days. When I inquired, as I had a tight timeline, they said they can’t ship to a PO Box. Were they just not going to tell me? I then paid for express shipping to a new address to get it there on time due to this delay. They sent a shipment notification for the old address which they said they can’t ship to. They then shipped it to the new address and it arrived the same day I needed it. Overall it worked out but that was a pretty bad customer experience for me.

Easy to manuever website.. easy to purchase beautiful jewelry. I have made two purchases.. This site going to get me in trouble :)

I am very impressed with this jewelry and I must say that it shines better than my engagement ring. It doesn't turn my finger green like some gold does and I love how it looks on my hand

Shady shady shady… The rings arrived after what seemed like forever and they are not good quality and look very cheap, nothing like real diamonds or a real Diamond setting. I contacted customer service immediately to authorize a return on day 1. Instead of authorizing a return they are attempting to get me to keep the rings, (no thanks, I would be embarrassed to wear them,) at a steep discount-the amount of which was unspecified. At this point I fear I will have to get my CC company involved because I think there is little chance I will get my nearly $200 returned to me.

The customer service is beyond terrible I was told pay extra for shipping to get it expedited I did and order was not delivered for 2 weeks past when promised part of order was missing I have sent over 10 messages to get resolved no response back I was also told they were in us they are not it is over seas. Do not order from this company the entire experience was terrible and the quality of jewelry isn't what they say. It says guaranteed moisanite my jeweler said its horrible quality plus the ring after 2 days turned my finger black never had problems with any good quality jewelry doing this. I have requested a refund about the missing ring as I no longer want the missing ring cause the quality is so poor. No response they won't give me a number to contact customer service. My bank has also put an alert on my acct do to the shadyness of this company.The video reviews I watched prior to purchase was all good but I'm guessing this company is paying for those reviews. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Shipping takes forever. It takes them over a week and a half just to ship your order. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they're telling me it I can either exchange it which they admitted the shipping would take a while, or it will cost another $20 to send out another bracelet. The original purchase was $36. I also bought a ring that was supposed to be a two carat. It's only one carat, and the GRA report verifies that.

Poor service order never arrived. Called the courier and was told that it was delivered but it was not Do not order from them very poor service had to order from another company j. And they didn’t refund the money either stay away from them!!!!!

I got my package and there was no ring in the box. The package looked to be tampered with I am still waiting for a response from them. I will not order from them again. I hope they rectify this. Horrible experience!!!!
