This company is a joke! i asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I was emailed back that my ring would be sent asap. I don't want that! I want a cancellation. I am going through PayPal and also my Credit Card company to reverse the charge. PayPal is very little help by the way. They're a joke also!

as of right now I am not happy at all I have not received my ring I ordered it on march 4th and now it is march 17 and still have no ring. I emailed the company and didn't hear back for days then they told me they would keep in touch and yet have done that. oh I also payed for express shipment by the way! hope my ring looks great because as of right now never again

I ordered size 8.5 arrived exactly 10 days. Well packaged. But 8..5 was a little bigger for me. I sent them an email asking if I can return and exchange to size 8.0. They sent me the replacement at no extra charge and instructed me to return the 8.5 ring. I am so pleased with their service. I was assigned a person to consistently update me about the exchange. The correct size arrive. Perfect size. I was ecstatic with my ring. I am Planning to order a pair of 2 carats stud earrings. You can’t go wrong with this company. 5 stars for me. I wish I can take picture and attach my 3 carats solitaire with 3 channels
