Its taking even longer for this order to be filled and shipped. Almost 15 days for one ring.

Unable to track easily. Took longer to get than expected. Did not look like pictures in ad.

The ring is very pretty, but I honestly wish I had ordered the 3-carat size. The photo made the 2-carat stone look like the perfect size, but in person it appears smaller than I expected. I considered exchanging it, but after reading through the return and exchange instructions, the process felt like too much of a hassle—especially knowing I could be without a ring for weeks. Because of that, I decided to keep it, but I’m definitely a little bummed that I didn’t go with the larger size.

I like the ring but was surprised to see the sapphires were smaller than they looked in the ads.

It didn’t look as good as I expected

The delivery was super slow. I had purchased weeks ahead of Valentine's Day, and it arrived a week later. ReadYourHeart should say explicitly that they are shipping from overseas. The ring itself is nice and was packaged well.

My first purchase of this ring was this time last year. I wore it to my daughter’s wedding, for a day and night. The next day I noticed on each side of the ring a small stone had fallen out. I contacted you regarding the ring and only wearing it once for the occasion. You ended up sending me another ring the same. My second experience was when I wore it to a ball, and again next day noticed one stone had fallen out. It seems that the last two stones on each side are not secured enough. So I contacted you again to show you the stone was missing. After numerous emails, you said if I paid $60 you would send me another ring. So, the third ring is sitting in my jewellery box and I am not game to wear it incase those end stone fall out. Mark my words, if and when I do get to wear this ring for a special occasion and a stone/s fall out I will be contacting you again.
