Their rings are beautiful, but their return process is torturous and cruel! I have never had this much trouble and pushback to return anything in my life. It got so annoyingly frustrating with their back and forth that I just wanted to return ALL the rings I bought... not just the ones that didn't look the same in person. So if you're buying... make sure you'll be keeping!

First, it is a beautiful ring and I absolutely love it. Secondly, when I ordered I didn’t hit the correct size and immediately noticed and contacted customer support. They responded quickly, placed a note on my order and account and I received the correct size! A+ for customer care and support! Beautiful product. I’ve already purchased my second ring!

After completing my order I realized I had ordered the wrong shaped stone and immediately contacted them to cancel the order that same night. I then made the correct order. It took a week to get them to cancel and their representative kept refusing to do so and kept making counter offers even though I gave her the new order number and clearly explained everything. A huge error on their part as I had planned to buy a bridal set. As far as the ring goes it is very nice.

Very disappointed! Purchased 2 rings in June. Wrote to you 7-14, and 7-23-23. The band lost a gem a few weeks after receiving. I can't wear it, because it catches everything. I was told replacement gems would be sent after both of my requests. Now we are in August, and still company is doing nothing. I will wait another week and will write again
