My experience with The Reading Glass books has been most professional and proficient . They are positive and enthusiastic about creating opportunities for their authors to be successful and engaging with their audiences. It has been a pleasure to work collaboratively with the entire team each one offering their unique talents . Mr and Mrs Gott dedication to readers and artist is inspiring.

The time and attention offered to me and given to assist me as an author with little confidence and experience in marketing my little gem of a book ‘The Road to Wellness Workbook’ has been excellent with the help since my first contact with Reading Glass Books Ms. Sonia Martinez. I consider her someone I can trust because of her availability and caring approach to help plan a constructive realistic approach to become a future successful best selling author. I have just returned from my first marketing experience traveling to the USC Campus for the annual Los Angeles Times Book Festival and meeting other authors and thousands of people attending the book festival was an exciting opportunity. The Reading Glass Book Festival team were professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Special shout out to Jesse who was a positive reinforcement just like Sonia my contact/mentor from NJ has been. What was very impressive was the way in which my own thoughts were captured. It is obvious that the content of my book was not merely glossed over, but seriously contemplated. The Press Release showed a grasp of my work that produced an accurate summary review. I was pleasantly surprised and gratified at the effort made to know me, and to understand my aim and passion in writing the book "Astronomical Deliverance: The Dynamics of Redemption". The evidence is overwhelming that the company is not bent on extorting money from the author at all costs, but is determined to faithfully and truly represent him or her to their satisfaction.

Ian Miller made my experience more than what I could or have ever experienced! He is an asset to your company!!! Ian has more than gone the “extra mile” in trying to help me get my book published!!! It is just very unfortunate that there have occurred some unexpected family issues that have arisen and I must put my desire to publish on the back burner for awhile!!
In this day, customer service is sadly very lacking…however, Ian Miller is the consummate customer service provider!! When I am able to get back to “my” life and am able to work on my book, Ian will be the first person I will want to contact!!
