Great experience!
Reach has been awesome! They helped me with set up, since I am tech challenged, they helped handle issues with my former carrier, the coverage/service has been identical to what I had with my former provider (which was excellent), for a much more affordable rate!

Reach Mobile - More than a phone service
Reach mobile provides phone access to those less fortunate, and has the best customer service I've experienced. Personable people who do their best to ensure your questions/issues are resolved asap. And since they utilize either sprint or verizon towers you do not have to worry about service. Best phone service provider out there.

Amazing Customer Service
I was having an issue with connectivity. The amazing tech staff at Reach were so patient and kind helping me troubleshoot. I felt I had a bunch of friends helping me out - so polite and helpful... and funny. It turns out it was an issue with my iPhone model and had nothing to do with Reach.... which I think they suspected all along but nonetheless helped me for a VERY long time. I love this company.

We pride ourselves on our friendly customer success team... and we look at our mobile service subscribers more like friends than 'customers'. And who said that you can't have fun (and a sense of humor) while figuring out the bumpy technology road? Determining someone's issue is more like a puzzle than a chore... and gosh, we love puzzles!
