I just switched my wife and myself from T-Mobile to Reach Mobile and the phone service is excellent, we were not getting great phone service with T-Mobile. Activation was a breeze for my Pixel 4a but my wife's iPhone XR was having issues. I contacted Customer service and Balvinder was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the end we resolved the issue, seemed to be the SIM card seating into the tray on the iPhone. I'd highly recommend Reach Mobile for the great phone service and even better customer service.

Bhumika spent a great deal of time (and patience) helping me get started today. Between new phone issues and old carrier issues it took a lot of help on her part. She was amazing.

I had Reach, then switched to another carrier with a cheaper plan. It worked for a few weeks, but with only one bar of service. Then, I have two days of “No Service” so decided to switch back to Reach. Did it all through chat, Balvinder did a great job of getting me up and running with Reach again. I had saved my Reach SIM so the switch back was pretty easy. Much better reception now.

I don't use customer service often, but when I do, I am blown away every time! Hands down outstanding! I actually feel like someone cares when I have an issue or technical problem to troubleshoot. This is what customer service should be.

Anita was a huge help! I started the process of moving my mom's phone from our current provider to Reach, and Anita contacted me like 5 min after I thought I was done and let me know they needed more info to bring an existing device over. She clearly walked me through the additional info they'd need in a timely manor. And for bonus points she even laughed at my lame joke :D! Nice work Anita!

I was rather nervous about switching from my big-name carrier to Reach, but I need only one line and was tired of paying top dollar for inconsistent service and shabby customer service. I forgot to ask for the introductory discount when sending the order. A weekend email to Reach was promptly answered, the problem fixed, and the interaction was polite and friendly, too! Looks like I made the right decision.

We have used Reach for over a year now and I am very pleased with their service. It is easy to speak with a representative when I need to, very little wait time. When there is a tech problem they have the disposition to solve it and they do quickly. I love that I am helping other humans in countries where access to cell phone service is challenging.
