Reetika was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Great customer service. I have been with Reach for nearly 3 years. There plans are very competitive and I’ve never had any connection issues. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Very dependable service provider and coverage is excellent.

Anita answered my question about the phone order online and helped me with the sim card and plan order. She was very knowledgeable and gave me options to choose what plan and order date shipping. Overall good customer experience with Anita. Can't wait to get the new phone and service!

Just spent a half-hour or more with Anita in a live-chat service request. She was very patient and knowledgeable. We tried many things to fix a data connection problem. Turned out to be user error. I continue to be pleased that we made the switch to Reach Mobile.
