Don't ever, i repeat don't ever do business with them. I believe with no doubt that almost all of these nice comments here are fake reviews because i dealt with them and it has been the greatest mistake i ever made. I have never seen where it takes over 4 months to process a refinance because it won't even take up to half of that to process a new purchase with a Traditional bank. Besides, there is still no closing date in sight and they stopped communicating. Lies upon lies they keep telling me about the current stage of the Loan and at some point, they decided they needed to do a second appraisal after 3 months which they asked me to pay for and for which i refused. i wanted a cash out and they told me after over 3 months they can't do cash out but can only finance what is owed...what? are you short on funds? Don't deal with this company if you don't want grief and headaches and more importantly, don't deal with my assigned officers George Ross and Devin Lee. I requested to be assigned other officers but it fell on deaf ears and these people won't pick up calls. They pick up calls and open my files when they feel like it. And why did i wait that long for a refinance? Because they keep telling me i'll close on Friday. They told me that for at least 6 Fridays. And i wrote a review like this before and took it down because they promised to close that Friday too. I guess i was just too trusting while they were only selling false hopes. FYI, My initial closing date was Nov 30th 2018 and i am submitting this review Feb 15th 2019 and still haven't closed on a REFINANCE LOAN. Stay far away as much as you can if you could. UPDATE; Just found out they closed my account. Can't long in to know status. Didn't even get a call about the loan anymore since i gave this review. Says a lot about their transparency.

Eileen Mazza, is one of the most amazing loan officers I have ever met in my life. Her communication skill set is incredible. I have closed many loans with various loan officers around the country, but loans closed with Eileen Mazza, has been nothing short of impressive, and professional at every turn. Eileen, I just want to say from the heart, thank you!

On my 18 years, I have never seen this happen on a rehab loan - A 24 HOUR UNDERWRITING AND CLOSING TURN AROUND!!!. We submitted a completed package with appraisal on Thursday morning Nov 29th 2018 and we closed AND funded this loan as 85% LTV and 100% rehab the very next day on Friday Nov. 30th 2018 at 1pm. I was also told that the closing only lasted 20 minutes. Truth-be-told, I have used RCN for 4 years, but this closing was a testimony that the company keeps getting better. When I first submitted this loan, I had an instant pricing within minutes and introduction to a team of 3 people to help us navigate the process which was very useful. Eileen was swift, versatile, and always proactive the entire time. It goes without saying they got my next file last week as Loan # 34430 and they are already working on closing it this week. Good job RCN!!!
