A lack of liquidity in the credit markets and increased regulation of the banking industry has restricted conventional financing as an option for investors in fast-moving and competitive real estate markets. I had been shopping around for a lender…
I had been shopping around for a lender to get the best rates for some time, when RCN came highly referred to me. I called and spoke with Eileen Mazza, who was extremely helpful! She was on top of things from day one, and kept me posted on the progress of the loan the whole time (even on the weekend)! Their whole staff is very communicative, and I would highly recommend using them. I will definitely be calling them when my next project comes along! Julie

During the process there were…
During the process there were occurrences where documents had to be sent over several times due to a system glitch which delayed the process. However I did feel Eileen went over and beyond to get the deal through and I am very appreciative of her service!
