The team of Eileen and Jon did a great…
The team of Eileen and Jon did a great job. I enjoyed working with them both to create a great experience for the two borrowers. The loan # is 43852, Since one of the borrowers was a doctor and the other a professor, it was critical to provide fast and efficient service so their loan could close. This loan was referred to me after the local bank was not meeting borrower expectations. In the end, the borrowers and the realtor created delays and made contractual mistakes and we kept the closing together. Thank you to Eileen and Jon for getting this loan to close. Great work. Aubrey Carrasquillo & Jonathan Barney great team..
Aubrey Carrasquillo was great, she help me put the process together. She was always there to help me in the process. Great rep. for RCN and she answer all my calls when she was busy and told me we would close and we did.. Jonathan Barney was awesome, amazing, being there anytime I had a question, even when he was busy. He answer all my phone calls and helping me through the closing and make me feel comfortable. He told me we are a team and we will close this and we closed on time. GREAT JOB..

Responsive. Painless. Good products.
I just closed 2 deals with Eileen and her team at RCN last week - a purchase of a flip and a cash out refi. Both processes were straight forward and painless. Their rates are so competitive for the flip and I love that they have a 30 year fixed loan. They were so responsive and both loans were approved so quickly. I’ll definitely work with them again!

Eileen was quick to respond to questions, guided me through their process perfectly, and helped my client get a very short time fuse closing completed on time. RCN is a 2-week to close shop if your borrower is ready with their information at submission.
