Ritchie BrosReviews of rbauction.com

The entire process with Ritche Brothers was very easy, very helpful employees.

Very experienced , friendly and helpful staff. They are a pleadure to do business with.

So I bought a truck had some unforeseen issues. I then had an employee reach out to me and without question they made it right within an hr. I’m talking 2000$ that’s awesome. They helped me get it shipped with that money as it wasn’t able to be driven due to air lines. Ppl make mistakes, richi bros make it right.

Horrible customer service both the office staff and yard personnel.

First time to Richie Bros auction Orlando. Delightfully overwhelming amount of equipment on grounds. Top notch operation from up-kept grounds, attentive and kind staff, simple online transactions. I was able to inspect every lot that was on my list and came away with exactly what I came for and for a great price, praise God! Can’t wait to go back again, it’s that good!

CRIMINALS CRIMINALS CRIMINALS!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! RB Auction stole 5000 euros from my personal bank account. Everyone be very careful and look after your bank accounts because this organization stealing money from bank accounts

Ritchie brothers have grown so much without empowering their customer service and their process. The customer service associates are trained very poorly. They don't know how to treat professionals

We buy many of Equipmens good experience
