Bicicleta a sosit in conditii excelente in localitatea mea din Romania.

Another happy owner of LM ultra. I tested it in many terains and was really good with nice mechanic design. I hope to last for long. Company seems very friendly too. Only thing is, the controller must be fixed in the chamber or it knocks badly at potholes. Easy to fix.

I tried so many electric bike but RATTAN LM is best one so far and the extended battery KM are really amazing. 5 star for sure and recommending everyone to give a try.

I am extremely happy with my new Rattan LM Ultra. It performs exceptionally well on mountain roads, tackling steep inclines and rough terrain with complete ease. The overall build quality is solid, and the battery life provides plenty of reliable power for long, demanding rides. To top it off, Rattan’s customer support team was fantastic friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this e-bike to anyone looking for great quality and fantastic service!
