Rare pet is a complete scam. Tge tooth scaler is very loud and scared my dog. They will not refund. I reported to my bank and got a refund from my bank. I am reporting to trading standards too

I ordered the dental cleaner but the package was sent to the wrong address (I confirmed the correct address was included in my order). The package was returned to to the company and they confirmed receipt. They wanted me to pay more money via Paypal's Friends and Family (there is no refund if you do this) to mail the package. Now they refuse to resend the package or refund my money unless I drop my complaint via Paypal.

Their teeth cleaning product is unusable - and does not work as advertised at all. There’s no way a dog will tolerate it. I requested a refund under their 90 day satisfaction guarantee clause and they rejected it saying any opened box is not subject to return. I am not sure how else one would discover they are not satisfied without at least trying to use the product. Complete scam. I am reporting them to my cc company as well

Null Sterne wären passend. Leider vor dem bestellen nicht recherchiert... Diese "ultraschallzahnbürste lässt sich kein Hund in seine Nähe, geschweige denn in die schnauze stecken,so laut ist das ding.. unbrauchbar,vielleicht kann man damit die kloschüssel reinigen,wäre möglich.....Finger weg,schade,dass man sowas nicht stoppen kann

Leider eine Bertrügerfirma. Ich bekomme keine Rücksendungsadresse, da ich die Bestellung aus dem Briefumschlag genommen habe. Der Artikel ist unbenutzt und mir wird einfach unterstellt ich hätte eine Versiegelung abgemacht, die es gar nicht gab. Geantwortet wird auch via Übersetzungsprogramm da die Firma nicht wie angegeben in Deutschland sitzt. Also Achtung!

They immediately took payment and I have recieved nothing. No confirmation of order. Company has no records of my order when I went to their website to track my order. Very disappointed.

Omg if I could zero stars I would !! DONT BUY this utter rubbish !! They won’t let you return it’s a total scam please please stay away !!!🤬🤬🤬 they don’t answer emails and when they do they just don’t acknowledge the return they fob you off and ignore the subject . One person named Tiffany !! Is the only name in the whole company who ever he is she eventually replies to an email 4 days later !! No return info nothing !!! Just impossible to return or get a refund biggest robbers / scammers . STAY Away 😨 Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews they are not real ! This company just gets rid of the bad reviews and makes up fake ones . Please avoid !!

Terrible product. Does not work. Get a good human dental kit which works, and my dog doesn't mind it at all. No accountability for bad product. Once you try it (and realize it doesn't work) you can't return it. Total scam
