This program is an absolute game changer! Fabian is an excellent motivator and really knows his stuff. The active facebook group with fellow members motivating each other everyday is extremely powerful. Be prepared to put in the work though, no one ever said it would be easy. That being said if you stick through this program the whole way through and stick with your diet you will see amazing results!

I’ve done a lot of at home training programs before. All the ones you have heard of before. This is the best by far. You get fit, with lots of encouragement from Fabian and the Beasts in the program. It’s designed in a way that you get all the growth with none of the injuries.

What Fabian Petrina has built is incredible. Theres nothing else like it out there, the way he makes you feel like its a 1 to 1 session makes it even better. Basement beast is unique and dare I say it enjoyable. It makes you want to do the next session and doesn't leave you feeling bored. Excellent programme!

I am starting my 4th week with this program. Fabian and the rest of the team at Basement Beasts have tuned in on what matters in a workout, are responsive in the community, and they know what they are doing and talking about. The witty banter and tropical landscapes are a plus. If you are on a tight schedule and need someone to walk you through it, and like getting gains at home, Basement Beasts is for you!

I was so happy with the 12 week program, I signed up for the year. I have never been challenged as much in a workout program. It's intense but so worth it. I look forward to my workouts and my energy and overall approach to working out is so much better. As a teacher with little free time, the 20 min at home workouts are perfect for me. I don't get bored working out, and I've seen amazing results. I added on muscle and look so fit now. Fabian is the best trainer, and I cannot recommend this program enough especially after seeing the continual results of guys posting in FB. All our results speak for themselves. Stick with the program. You can do it!

I’ve gotten better results with this 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week program than I have in years of paying for trainers and hours into the gym 6 days a week. Definitely worth more than what Fabian is asking for.

I’ve had my share of training programs and they’ve all been on free weights. I’ve enjoyed great success with them. I can say the same for this one with a couple key differences. First is the bands. If you’re skeptical about bands vs free weights, that’s understandable. But resistance is resistance, and there are always ways to increase resistance. And the other diff is time. 20mins at 4 or 5 days a week (depending on your program). 20mins going balls to the wall. You’ll scream and cuss so loud, your neighbour will think you’re getting tortured. Bottom line is if you make the time (again, 20mins!) and put in the work, you’ll get great results. Ps. One thing that truly makes this stand out is the community it’s built. It is by far the most welcoming, encouraging, and non-toxic fitness community that I’ve been on.
