Basement Beast is no joke! You might think so based on the ad and Fabian’s over the top optimism, but he is for real. The band workouts are legit. This is the only group that I know of that personally and genuinely cares. The team is extremely responsive and the FB community is super supportive as well. Fabian even hosts weekly Q&A live, who else does that? I am a lifelong member of this Band of Beasts. ✌🏼🦍 out.

Absolute game changer for me. I’m motivated thanks to an excellent programme, Fabian’s approach and the unique FB community which is simply brilliant. Look forward to each workout which is a first for me. Six weeks into the programme and will be sticking with BB for a long time to come.

Basement Beasts was worth my $$$. I originally just signed up for the 12 week program. I was frustrated with the trajectory of my health, and the lockdowns on gyms and kept holding that up as an excuse. This came across my Facebook feed and I was a little skeptical, but I thought what the heck it's cheap enough I'll give it a try. I'm glad I did. For the price of a few months of gym membership, I've gotten into the best shape I've been in for probably the last 5 years over the last 4 months working out 20-25 minutes a day 6 days a week (I throw in a couple extra ab workouts on off days) and eating more healthy. This program has helped with both. Like any workout program, you get out of it what you put into it, but this program is easy to follow and Fabian is a good motivator. The Facebook community is incredible. So far I've lost 10lbs, and I think I've gained a few lbs of muscle. My resting heart rate is down 20bpms and trending lower. Basement Beasts is going to be part of my workout routine for a long time to come I think.

At first I took the ad with a grain of salt but I figured “what the heck,” it has a money back guarantee. I bought the bands with my order and I couldn’t be happier. I love the 20 minute workout (more like 30 if you do one of the warmups); it totally fits my busy life. I’m also thoroughly surprised by what a great workout I get from the bands. This is a game changer as I now have a “portable gym.” Finally, I love the support and motivation I get from the private Facebook group.

Excellent program! Fabian has a gift for making you want to do hard things and push yourself. And you will work hard, but you will see amazing results

I saw an ad for the program, watched some of it and signed up for the 12 wk transformation. Bands were delivered within 5 days in time for wk 2!! I have already signed up for beast 365! Don’t give it a second thought, come join us!

LOVE beast nation! Fabian is incredibly knowledgeable and personal. Gets you motivated to push through the workout!

This program absolutely produces results! I am a 34 year old male and started the program at 215 pounds. I am finishing up week 7 of the 12 Week Transformation and I have lost over 20 pounds and haven’t felt this strong since high school! Fabian’s workouts are intense and he is super encouraging and motivating during the entire process; he truly DOES care and his passion for your success is absolutely apparent during each and every workout. The workouts are a lot of fun! The Basement Beast IT and technical crew are very responsive and the Facebook page community has really inspired me to press play each day. I’m so grateful on several levels for this program and am excited to see what the coming weeks bring!
