Basement BeastReviews of rapidphysique.com

I would like to thank Fabian for this program that has delivered results I haven’t seen since I was in my 20’s! I turn 57 this year and have tried many at home programs, gym memberships and more. Energy level is up, changes in my physique after 9 weeks of the 12! Fabian doesn’t have actors or models, he does this program with you and he is authentic! Thank you!!!

I just finished week 6 and holy s**t. I got nice bicep veins that have come in. Also as a guy that’s always had chicken legs, I’m starting to get some meat on them bones. All around great program, Fabian is there with you every step of the way keeping you motivated, and the community is awesome.

I’ve been using the Basement Beast program for 6 weeks so far (6 more to go on the 12 week transformation) and I’ve already lost 14 lbs, and 2% body fat. If you follow the program, including the nutrition guide, this program really works.

Ive used several home workout programs, this is by far the best. The community is a huge part of it but the best thing about basement beast is the fact that it preaches fitness as a lifestyle instead of "do a program and get shredded" the results are great to, I lost 40lbs in the 12 week program. Could not recommend this any more.

Basement beast has helped me change my life. In just 2 weeks I have lost 12lbs. My doctor told me to make sure my blood pressure doesn't go down too low. I've been on BP meds for the better part of a decade. The idea of living without them is amazing. Thank you Fabian for helping me start to change my life for the better.

This program is unique and really works! I'm a few weeks in and already seeing visible results. The selling point for me was Fabian and his personality. He has the right mix of authenticity and confidence in his program that gave me the confidence to try. You can really tell he loves what he does and where he lives and he even adds some humor into it, that really makes a big difference when you're in the middle of an intense workout. One thing I love is that you really feel like Fabian is YOUR personal trainer. He's very encouraging and motivating and makes you feel good when you get your butt kicked! I have not had success in sticking to other programs in the past nor have I ever really enjoyed working out...but Basement Beast changed all that! I haven't missed one session and can't wait until my next workout! I highly recommend Basement Beast

Fabian and his team are: A) The real deal! Real in the sense of wanting the best for their clients and real in the sense of communicating with their clients and making us feel heard! B) Encouragers! The community they have created is one of encouragement and compassion, while still challenging and holding their clients accountable! The expectations they have for their clients really adds to the overall experience!! C) Well-rounded! The Basement Beast program is holistically well rounded, ever adapting and is a program that can be used for a lifetime of health!! D) TOTALLY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!

By far best workout program I have done and the bb team are the nicest most helpful team I have seen always have time to answer questions and help anyway they can. 10/10
