Fabian, really appreciate your reply and the refunding, I got your mails as well. The workouts are just really helping to get discipline and a healthy shape, still have to figure out how to get to the next level, but Basement Beast gets me motivated. Week 4 finished, and can feel a difference in muscle mass and can notice improvement in my stamina

I like the availability to simply log in and get to the workouts. I did not like the unexpected charge for a meal plan I didn’t agree to. The team refunded the charge soon after I disputed it.

I signed up for the 45-day beast transformation program and I have loved all of the workouts, they have been challenging and very insightful. The meal plan was an added bonus, but unfortunately, I don't like salad so that makes many of the meals useless to me.

Great workouts and motivation.

Great training videos! He really made me push through each exercise when I wanted to give up. Also he had a good sense of humor in a cheerful German kind of way 😅. I would and have recommended this to friends.

The video playback has improved since I originally installed it. Hopefully it stays that way. I like that it remembers your progress. Clean design. Continue to use it everyday

This has been the best “at home” workout program I’ve done so far. The resistance bands are a great alternative to body weight only workouts and cost significantly less than a set of weights, but manage to work the muscles crazy well if you do YOUR part.
