We started working with Ranked in July 2025, and they’ve been a great extension of our small marketing team ever since. Because we don’t have a large internal SEO team, it helps to have a partner who keeps a close pulse on what’s happening in the SEO world so we can stay focused on what matters most. Since partnering with Ranked, we’ve seen our rankings improve, but what stands out most is how proactive they are. They’re always looking for ways to strengthen their dashboard and reporting based on what’s happening in the industry and what customers need. Their team is also incredibly responsive and easy to work with. When questions come up or we need guidance, they’re quick to jump in and help. It feels less like working with a vendor and more like having a knowledgeable partner alongside us.

We worked with Ranked.ai from early November until the end of February, including their free trial. First impressions were very positive: the onboarding call was professional, the process was clearly explained, the team were responsive throughout the early stages, and their new dashboard is simple and clear. Q) So what was the issue? A) Backlink delivery and reporting Ranked’s own service overview states that the Standard plan “acquires 4 links per month on average” and that outreach links are reported “by the end of month 2 or 3.” After nearly four months, our dashboard still showed no new backlinks, and no outreach report was provided. Over several weeks, I asked for: - confirmation of how many backlinks had been secured - examples of any URLs - a resend of the outreach report they said had been sent I was told there was an issue with sending the backlink report and that it would be with me “soon.” When I finally received a specific date, nothing arrived. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive a number, a single example link, or a working report. The replies were polite and frequent, but they did not answer the core question. I was repeatedly told the team was “looking into it” or would update me “shortly,” but no evidence of backlink delivery was ever provided. Outcome SEO takes time, so I wasn’t expecting major ranking changes within four months. The issue was that the core deliverable required for long‑term progress - backlinks - was never evidenced. Without a report or even a single example URL, it was impossible to understand what had been achieved or how the service was progressing. Even a simple “we are working on acquiring X number and will let you know by X date” would have been welcomed. Instead, Ranked.ai cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, it did leave me wondering why a refund was provided so quickly rather than simply giving an update on backlink acquisition - something clearly stated in their service overview. All in all, I found the experience disappointing, especially as it started off so promisingly.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with this team. They’ve been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Everything has been handled in an organized way, timelines were respected, and any questions or requests were addressed quickly. It’s clear they care about doing things properly rather than rushing work, which made the whole experience feel smooth and reliable. Definitely a team I would feel comfortable working with again.

I’ve been using Ranked.ai for about two years now and it’s been a great addition to my business. The software alone is worth the money. It makes it really easy to see rankings and track progress, and my rankings have clearly improved and are still continuning to improve. Their articles and topic suggestions are always on point, the research has consistantly been excellent, and with Google and AI constantly evolving, they’ve stayed on top of those changes too. What impressed me most though is the after service and support, which is amazing and honestly quite rare to see nowadays. I’ve even recomended it to a few friends and they’ve all been really impressed too. Solid platform backed by genuine support.
